iTunes Write Access Problem

Hey all. Right, I've just gone and bought a new CD, popped it in my MacBook and hit the "Import CD" button in the bottom right corner of the iTunes window and this message comes up when trying to rip the songs from the disk:

Now, going on the error messages advice, I've checked the iTunes folder and I have Read & Write permissions so I don't see what the problem is. I have tried Repairing Disk Permissions to no avail and I also have to mention that 5 minutes before trying this CD I imported another CD with no trouble whatsoever.

Any ideas people?

Seems that way, I imported a CD a few minutes before without issue.
