Itvx not giving the option to watch live euro's

I've got the option on my phone and laptop but not via the itvx app on the TV.

Anyone else had this.
Having to connect the laptop to the tv but not getting full sized picture.

You need to use the STV app up here, so might depend on where you are.

I'm near Liverpool.

I've just checked my nvidia shield that's the same. No live football. However if I go via apps on skyQ it's there...

Managed to get it sorted through an amazon fire tv box....Just a lot of messing around for the non techie staff to go from Amazon to Iplayer on the TV..

Should have added its a 100" Hisense TV for the Pizza beer Garden
