I think most current AMD m-ITX boards come with built in wifi and are limited to 95w. It sort of comes with the territory. My Asus M4A88T-I Deluxe has built in wifi and has a nice 95w 1055t snugly fitted too. The SO-DIMMS might be an issue for some, but otherwise it's a great board. Shame it's Sata 2.
What I really want is a Bulldozer compatible ITX mobo. Though at the rate AMD are going I may die of old age before they appear.
Was thinking about bulldozer an itx mobo myself but cant see myself waiting that long to upgrade.
The longest I Will wait to get a new itx system is jan 2012.
