Can someone double check this is not a stupid build for me? Its an ITX build so I want to make super sure everything will fit. I've not built a system in around 6 years so I'm a little out of touch now.

My budget is £800 ish and I want a Nvidea 1060 + Intel combo as I plan on doing 1080p gaming.

Thanks in advance!

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £819.83

Nice tweaks, I think I might take your suggestions on board!

Are those Crucial SSD's any good? A couple of years ago when I was buying a laptop I read around and the consensus seemed to be that the Samsung Evo Pro series were much better than the rest. Is that still the case or are the others much better for reliability & speed these days?

I just don't want to get a cheap SSD that blows up and loses my data! :D

Thanks!

Agree with everything Danny said, his build looks great :)

I have that motherboard in a build and I'm pretty sure it only has one chassis fan header and one cpu fan header, so you will need a splitter or fan hub if you're feeling flash, if you are planning to buy any additional fans.

With regards to the Crucial SSD, I have not read up on reviews etc of them, but regardless you should always have a back up that is frequently updated ;)

There is nothing wrong with the build as it is, you could get away with a bronze psu for this sort of price pc. Also this case is a bit overkill for an air cooled build in my opinion, you could definitely get away with a much smaller case or go for an mATX build and save some money (h110 mATX boards are cheaper)

That's a very large case for an ITX build. Look at the Cougar QBX cases and a SFX PSU and a slim cooler.

Creative Labs do a wireless USB headset for gaming, the Tactic3D range, for around £50. Unfortunately OCUK don't seem to sell it.
