ITX Build specification.

Main requirements small, cool and quiet. Should not need to overclock.

Usage, general media, browsing, light gaming, not FPS or any intensive stuff.

Need, a good looking small case, CPU, compatible heatsink, motherboard possibly graphics card (silent preferable). Thoughts on PSU?

Have memory (DDR3), windows 7 (upgradeable to 10), 24" 1920 x 1200 monitor and input peripherals.

Budget for the above circa £500, not hard and fast but for guidance.

I like the Element Q, I so wish it was a bit higher & had 2 expansion slots, so I could put a reg. gpu in it...

Case is always subjective. The SG06 comes with a SFX PSU, G3258 can OC if needed even with stock cooler. 750ti is as cool and quiet as they come, only requires PCIE slot power (sub 65w) and barely gets warm enough for the fan to kick in.

Do you need any drives, optical, HDD, SSD??

Nice case, if I decide to upgrade case when I update my MB, I will get that... Might be better than having the SG01...
