ITX build windows 8.1 no CD install question

I am about to build a mini ITX system without a ODD and I am buying win 8.1 from OCUK with it.

A) Can I make an IMG of the win 8.1 CD on my main rig and use a USB to install?
B) Does MS provide a USB install with purchase of 8.1?
C) What options do I have, in a bind I guess I can install OS before installing into case

I'd use this to download the 8.1 image.

I used this tool the other day to create a USB stick (used a 8GB usb stick) of windows 8.1.

failing that it will also allow you to make a ISO file to keep to one side to burn to a DVD

As per #3 & #4, mediacreationtool.exe is the way to go.
