ITX case with 3 pcie slots?

As the title says. My girlfriend is wanting to put he computer into a small case. She one ov the ITX motherboards with 2 pcie slots, do you get a ITX case with 3 slots so you can still fit a gpu
 
there are no ITX boards with 2 PCIE slots, there is only enough for one slot next to the motherboard back plate. I suspect the board your gf has is a very small MATX board (do you have the model)

this case is one of the smallest MATX cases and will only accept the smaller MATX boards that are 2 mounting holes deep, however it only has 2 riser slots at the rear and your motherboard may have the 2nd PCIE slot in the 3rd RISER position.. if that makes sense.

The motherboard is a ga h81m s2v, is your said the 6x pcie is the second slot and I need a case with 3 pcie slots. I think using a riser would make more problems, maybe I could butcher the case a little lol
