ITX case with 5.25" bay?

Does anyone know of a reasonably small, currently available mITX case with an external 5.25" bay?
I've got a 4 x 2.5" to 5.25" bay convertor that I feel like using along with one of the N100/N305 NAS mobos but I can't find anything sensible to put it all in. Any helpful suggestions?
 
Fractal pop mini (matx) is the smallest recent case I can think of, it's got 2 behind the flap at the bottom.

If you can live without using the drive bay device theres the Johnsbo n2 NAS case which has 5x 3.5" (plus a 2.5
 
Thanks both for the suggestions but most of them are far too large for what I need. The problem with the Jonsbo cases is that they need 2.5"-to-3.5" adapters so there's much empty space.

The perfect case would be the In Win BM677 at only 7 litres but, of course, it's long gone. I was hoping there was a modern equivalent but I realise it's not likely, given the death of the 5.25" form-factor.
