Hi guys,

Would like your input on a small form factor build for office use. I'm used to more gaming oriented builds so could use some pointers as to what gives the best bang per buck at this level. I'm looking for:
Case (as small as I can possibly get whilst ideally retaining 3.5" support for a drive I'd like to bring across - OCUK has 178 ITX cases which makes it kind of a daunting task but if we discard the larger mini-gaming/LAN-rig focussed cases it might help narrow the choices down)
PSU (was looking at the smaller bequiet 300W SFX and TFX units)
CPU (with integrated graphics, want to avoid a discrete card to keep overall size down to absolute minimum)
Motherboard
RAM

All in at the £500 mark would be nice.

Cheers for the help.

I suppose several reasons really. I've done the Dell route previously, before I had any real knowledge of computers, and don't have an issue with them. I imagine something like the Optiplex 3040 Micro would be fairly well suited and in-line with my expectations but I feel like for not much more I could also achieve more. I expect I could select a more capable desktop processor, definitely a bit more RAM, and leave myself with greater future flexibility and expandability.
