ITX Rig for £750

Hey,

I've been messing around with some ITX builds for <£750, and can't seem to find one that's balanced, so I thought I'd look for some inspiration/suggestions here.

My only pre-requisites:

Great Gaming Performance (Thinking 7850 or 660 Ti level).
Quad-core (Hyper-threading, overclock-ability not very important).
8GB RAM (ITX Build, so only two DIMM slots, so might as well go for 8GB now).
SSD (I'd consider going without an SSD for now, but I'd really like one).
Bitfenix Prodigy case.

I've thought about waiting for AMD Trinity/FM2 which should be a pretty affordable ITX platform. I'd consider an Ivy Bridge i3-3450 (Potentially fastest dual core that will be available) which apparently is out in September. What do you guys think?

Able to Overclock in future, but only with All-in-one water coolers, as the asrock doesn't let you have big air coolers, as they could cover the PCI-E slot.

you can use an nt06-e though i had to bend the pipes slightly to get it to fit, i think it was a poorly bent one to start with or people have been using apx-140's

What if I was to go with a i5-3450 and H77 motherboard instead? £750 is my absolute limit, and less is always better.
