Iv been hacked!!! (GTAV)

So I just fired up GTAV and social club said my password was incorrect..after a few attempts I changed my password and I noticed my user ID has changed! Strange...so I just tried logging in to social club to find the entire page is now in russian and i'm living is australia!!
So now what do I do?! This is the first time this has happened to me... Will rockstar be able to get me my account back?!
 
Contact Rockstar, if they can't get your account back, then nobody can. I'm a bit confused as to why you are asking us on here instead of writing an email? :p
 
surely if you've loged in you now have your account back? You've now changed your password and just change the language and location settings back, job done!
 
Hey, be greatfull your still playing.

I was randomly banned out of the blue for "a spike in cash". Once the 2 weeks were over I logged in to find my characters hair green, clothes all green, cars all green, all my friends removed from my friends list and blocked, I'd moved house, all my money was gone but I had 24 million of each of the snacks in the inventory! :p
 
I think Rock* Social Club is just broken. Nearly every time I log in, it says there was a problem . . . and I have to manually enter my login details yet AGAIN (ticking the "auto sign-in" box is a waste of time as it doesn't work properly either).

It even happens on the occasions when there was not a connection problem with GTA Online in the previous session.
