I've 2 w810 on o2 questions??? anyone help???

Hi,

Recently got a w810 from o2 on contract. Seems great, but got 2 questions.

1) I've read a few posts on here about de-branding the phone and about a flashing light bug/problem... what is this flashing light bug/problem?

2) How do I get my phone to actually receive picture messages. I just got a message saying ive received one and that i needed to go to the o2 website to see it. I went there and yeah i can see it on the website.. but this is not how its supposed to work. i presume there is some setting i need to set to get them to deliver directly to the phone, but i cant find it on the phone itself/or on the o2 website anywhere?

Any ideas???

[Reality Bites]

1 - try going into your camera or the organiser and turning the light on. If it flashes after 5-10 seconds, you have the flashing light bug. I'm getting mine replaced with O2 today for this reason.

2 - Picture messages need to be set up. I think you send 'activate' to 2020 (check you manual for the number but think thats it). They send you a text back asking what your phone is, reply with the right number. You then get another message saying they will send you a text with the settings shortly. I never got another text but the settings were already there.
