Message on MSN - because it was from a good friend and id just got in - did think nothing of it till my PC restarted (during a DVD burn ) and now it restarts frequently saying;

blalblabla\services.exe Error status 204

Comp shutdown in 60secs.

i can avoid via shutdown /a - but it tends to still lock up anyway

Ive run spybot and "fixed" everything, but alas it still goes on

I got that but I didn't open it. I havent seen any fixes yet tht work for everyone but I'll keep my eyes peeled.

People who get this seem to have different effects aswell
