Well to cut a long story short, ive had a 3 x 360s before. They've been banned as i used to modify them etc. I used to modifiy them because in my younger days of console ownership ala PS2 i would get VERY annoyed at spending good money on rubbish games. I think this had an impact on my mental well being and as such lead me to modify my xboxes! 
However after the most recent ban wave i found my 7 week old elite banned. I thought to myself "bleh i aint that bothered anyway!". Well it turns out i was "that bothered" i bought a new Elite a couple of weeks ago. (Im not modifying this one) I've fallen back in love with console gaming! The quality of games is just absolutely immense! I got Forza3 and CODMW2 with my elite (had both games on my "other consoles") but i find myself playing them more and properly if that makes sense. I just bought Assassins Creed 2 couple days ago and WOW i love it!
With my other consoles, i was treating the games as throw away items (effectively they were, the cost of a cheap dual layer DVD!) and not truly playing the games properly! Now admittedly i do think (i think) £40 for a game like AC2 is steep, no multiplayer etc so in the future i doubt ill be buying single player games on release day. However games like CODMW2 are worth every single penny!
Just thought i'd share my thoughts! Long live consoles!

Are there any "ESSENTIAL" 360 games i NEED to add to my arsenal? What are the next "big releases" going to be that i can look forward too? Ta
