I've broken Task Manager

thats what i get when i crtl-alt-del

basically my question is: have i full on broken windows take manager or have i just pressed a secret combo of buttons thats gotten rid of the tabs and options ?

Click the toolbar at the top and they will reappear

Double-click at the top of the task manager window, that should show everything again.
