Ive decided to go Haswell I5 cpu. Question about OEM.

Assuming those are mechanical HDDs, you absolutely have to get a SSD for your operating system, at all costs.

I built an i3 system with a SSD a few weeks ago, and it's much faster in day to day use than my work i5 with mechanical HDD. It boots faster and apps load faster.
