What these guys are saying is, it's very amateurish. It's hardly imaginative or pleasing to the eye.
I don't like being a critic but I feel, in this case, that someone needs to tell you to do a few thousand tutorials for a few months in order to gather plenty of skills and knowledge in Photoshop.
