Ok, so not only did I make a quick lunch-time purchase of Kaspersky Internet Secutiy AND anti-virus, when the former includes the latter..... I also let me friend try and fix a problem we were having with W7 detecting my 2nd hard drive.

He went into the BIOS and loaded the fail-safe defaults.... however, this seems to have removed the 4Ghz overclock that OcUK did for me!!! Is there any way I can get it back :(

Their should/probably be a 'BIOS profile' called OcUK. You shoud be able to load it back up with out any problems. Just hit the delete key on boot up and then look for the option within the BIOS - on some motherboards its the F12 key.

If you're still having problems identifying it - post in the OcUK customer services forum and they'll guide you through it in more detail.

Thanks for your help. Got it all back to normal, fixed a problem with W7 recognizing one of my HDD's, and set Call of Jaurez: Bound in Blood to download : D

Guess the only thing to do now is post a pic of my setup in that thread!

The people who do the overclock have the settings stored as a file that you can load from a memory stick.

If you send a webnote to Customer Services they'll send you your file as I think they're all machine specific although they are variations on a basic theme.

naw stupid is stripping down a PSU of excess cables and having the bright idea of turning the power on to test it before you put it back together while your holding it.

still got the scars haha :D don't do anything with PCs or electricity after 30+ hours of awake time ;)
