Just got a new motor. Got the Corsa up for sale now and got an Octavia vRS in red. No pics yet but heres an identical one. I paid £5400 for this example with 43k on the clock and FSSH. Its a world apart from the Corsa which was loud and raw, Im utterly amazed how much car and toys I got for the price.

Anyway, heres a pic (not mine btw)...

Yes, even in standard form its quite quick, Im planning a remap soon.

I cant believe it doesnt come with an alarm as standard though.

They don't come with an alarm, thats rather shocking actually.

What remap are you going for? Jabba? Revo?

Insane power in these cars, they will destroy a lot of the modern day hot hatches and weigh a lot more than them, with the same engine as most.

I accelerated out of the M6 toll's in my M3 with one of these things trying to race me, I was actually quite horrified to realise he was doing quite well in keeping up.

Superb car, good choice.

If i had that id take it, i could sell the Astra, but i've put so much work into it, seems a shame

Talking to me? It was a while ago when I was driving down to london. Booted it out of the booths as I saw this kid looking over and leaning forward chewing his steering wheel. He did quite well up until around the 80 mark, left him for dead after that.

Whats the performance like in comparison to the Corsa ? Will it take a remap to get similar levels, or is it close enough as is.
