I've made a mess of my email

So I have my own email domain.

Google Apps was my provider for a while. I then switched to Microsoft and copied all my emails across to Microsoft (it did it for me) but left a copy on my Google account.

I've now switched back to Google and want to use the existing Google account I have.

How do I get all my emails, contacts, calendar from my Microsoft account to my Google Account but remove any duplicates in the process (remember there are still some emails on my Google account)

EDIT: Lets start with email only first, calendar and contacts are less important.

Your Google Apps account stopped receiving email on a certain date, right?

You could use MailStore to download the email received by the Microsoft account after the Google Apps went dormant, and then use the same application to restore the mail to the Google Apps account.

Cracking idea, however I only have a Chromebook - I couldn't find a more appropriate sub-forum.
