I’ve not received a order number

Hi I bought a Rx 9060xt and a msi psu separately through Amazon pay but I didn’t receive a order number what should I do
 
Yeah there’s an option to pay for your overclock order through amazon pay which I did because I already had my address and card on my Amazon pay

Contact customer services is probably a good start, they're unlikely to see your messages here
 
Yeah I contacted them just wanted to message here in the meantime as I won’t get a reply for 1-2 days

Whilst a few shop staff no doubt do browse the forums in between posting up the latest deals, I don't think they have any official formal presence here anymore in a CS capacity.
 
I've purchased using Amazon Pay on OCUK in the past had no issues with my order being delivered. Not sure about whether I got an order number instantly though.

OCUK's customer service is good so you'll get the help and assistance you need to resolve your concern.
 
If the graphics card is needed for some weekend gaming, maybe even 999

It was a joke - I thought he was asking you lot to help him with an Amazon order, not one from OCUK. Hence the previous comments in this thread.

If OP was talking about an OCUK order, using Amazon Pay, then I apologise for the joke. I honestly thought he was asking us for Amazon support based on what he said

Thanks I’ll check with them tomorrow when I can phone in not too worried when they arrive just wanted to make sure my order went through since I got a Black Friday sale on them
 
There’s the customer service forum otherwise contact the shop directly, none of us can help you here I’m afraid.
