iWork License

Hi,

I'm about to sell my Mac which has iWork '08 installed (I bought this software, and I didn't come with the computer).

I'm about to buy a MacBook, and was wondering if I would be able to move my iWork license from my current mac, to my new mac?

Legally: Probably not unless maybe if it was uninstalled from the Mac you're selling.
In Reality: Yes, just enter your serial no. when you install it as before.

If you wipe the Mac you are selling (do a secure erase to be really safe) then there is nothing to stop you keeping iWork and installing it on your new Macbook with the original serial number.

Leaving it on the old Mac and installing it on the new one with the same licence number is illegal I guess but really, no one is going to know except you and your conscience.
