Jack Daniels and Cherry Coke.

Hey all,

In my rush at asda today I ended up buying 2 litres of cherry coke instead of normal to mix with my JD. It actually tastes quite nice, different a bit sweeter than normal JD and coke quite a nice change.

Just thought I would let you know and ask whats the wierdest nice* mixture of drinks you have found.

I really like cherry coke so anything mixed with it tastes good imo

I've been told that Vodka, diluting orange and water is weird but I don't agree. During the summer I was mixing cheap Lidl's Cider (Electric Chair or something) with Lidl's Lemonade, the mixture was dangerously tasty.

I agree with that. Im not a fan of JD on its own, but its nice mixed.

If you fancy something differnt then cream soda and vidka is an interesting one. I despise vodka, but that ones alright.

Not unless I can get my hands on a nice bottle of single barrel cheaply, if not yes when im in the house.

@Gilly, Im not normally one for SC as i find it too sweet but I will give your combo a shot.

Some barman told me it was nice. It actually was. Although it cost something like £7

Only place I have really looked for it online is www.thedrinkshop.com

I would suggest either Single barrel or silver select (both pretty much the same) Gentleman Jack is just a bigger bottle imo.

I should have brought some back from spain it was about €30 a bottle.
