Jagged Alliance 2 help

Hi everyone, bought this off a friend and so far so good, but im a bit stuck, i have just killed all the enemies on the first mission, but the mission hasnt ended, i have searched all the map too, what do i do?

You need to speak to woman in one of the houses, litle bit south west of your starting location. She won't belive you 1st so you need to show/give her the letter from Enrico. Right click on her and chose give/show option or something similar. Been a few years since i played it.

If you've killed everything, i.e. you can roam around freely without having to 'end turns', then you should be able to exit to another map square by moving your team and mouse pointer to the edge of the map. then the cursor should change to a brown movement symbol, then just click to go to the map screen.

You could also go to the map screen and travel from there.

As a side note to any Jagged Alliance 2 fans, are there any similar games out there to this?

In November 2007 Game Factory Interactive released Hired Guns: The Jagged Edge.[11] The game does not have any storyline or characters in common with JA2, as GFI lost the rights to use any of the intellectual property of Strategy First. Still, it is seen as a spiritual successor; the game is structurally similar to Jagged Alliance series and features a mercenary-themed plot, turn-based gameplay, and a familiar game interface.

Thanks, that looks interesting. I thought Hired Guns was some old Amiga game, similar to Space Marines, but those screenshots are completely new to me.

I can't find any stores selling it though... the publisher / developer (GFI? Russian-based) has no links to purchase either... was it discontinued?

Ah found a shop now - but dubious about £21 for a game that doesn't sound anywhere near as good as JA2.
