Anyone else a fan of these games?

I hear the third is in production but it's not by the same people as 1 or 2.

Used to love the first one when I was young!

Some cool characters like "Unusually Ruthless" Reuben, the psychopath who never did what you told him to LOL

Or Fidel (I think that was his name) that used to yell "****!" when he saw a baddie!

When is the third due out? Its been a while since the last one!

Might be good if they don't mess around with the core gameplay too much, here's hoping for an X-Com: UFO Defense reloaded too!

Jagged Alliance 2 is awesome despite being one tough motha-f'er.

I recommend the unofficial 1.13 patch. It makes the game even more amazing with added features, equipment and customisation features:

Well bumped!
I loved JA1 but I can't get it to run on Win7-64 any more, not even in DOSBox.
JA2 has no problems, but I'd love to have another go on the first one.
How are you running it?

I'm very wary of JA3. There's always the very real danger of it being dumbed down to console level, and that would surely kill this game.
