I was closing my boot on an x-type jag today and i heard an unusual noise so i opened it again. I found a black plastic part that looks spring loaded sitting at the side of the boot next to the outer seal. Unfortunetly i cant figure out where it came from/what its for and i cant see one on the other side it has two codes on it 1X43432A38AD and R4. Anyone know anything about this?
