Jailbreak or Apple AppStore?

Hey, I've just bought an iPod touch, I'm wondering which is worth doing?

Are all the apps available through the Jailbreak method available through the new update?

Is there a site with all of these apps together, I think I'd need to decide which ones are more useful to me. I've searched a few sites but nothing of value stood out to me.

Yeah think I might just go for the App Store, there's plenty of free ones for tight gits like me! I'm sure plenty more will be added over the coming months too.
