Jailbreak question

Hi i jail broke my iPad a while back, and now i have an iPhone 4s, And just wanted to know is there any problems with jail breaking them, While on a contract. Will it effect anything ?

Doesn't matter if your on PAYG or a contract, if that's what you mean...?

Yeah that's what i mean, as i am on contract i am just a bit worried if it would effect anything with my contract ?
