Jamo speakers and sub

I have acquired these, will they just plug in and work or do I need an amp for them?

Jamo200 sub and 7 satellite speakers.

Been looking online would I need a RCA to 3.5mm cable from the sub to my monitor and the run the 7 speakers to "speaker in" on the sub, or an amp?

I'll have a Little look around I'm not that clued on the sound side of things, just looking for a cheapish option to get these up and running for my sim racing setup , rather than my 2.0 setup.

You'll need a AV amplifier/ AV Receiver.
