January Transfer Window 21/22

It's not cheeky at all. What is cheeky is Lingard leaking all these articles about just wanting to play and being concerned about his playtime affecting his chance at the World Cup. If he was actually concerned he would have left last summer. He wanted to sit around for a year and take instagram photos with Ronaldo and then get a big payday in the summer, nobody is buying his ******** now.

Did he or did Ole tell him that he would get game time this season at United. Did United ask for more than WHU or anyone else was willing to pay for him over the summer.

I would rather he left for something now than nothing in the summer. Getting £5m now is better than nothing in the summer and when I say nothing, I mean about minus 2.5m due to his wages.

Ollie promised him game time same as donny and Eric signed new contract because ollie promised him more game time but ollie had his favourites

And yeh we're still be paying his wages whilst he sits on bench which just shows the incompetence of our board

The loan deal was apparently going to end up costing Newcastle about £10m (if they stay up) due to loads of addons. Plus they would be paying his wages in full.

Apparently we've made contact with Juventus about Paulo Dybala.

Feels like another player that doesn't necessarily want to come to United and would be highly paid and poorly motivated. We also don't really need someone in the 10 role.

The breakdown I heard made it sound like ~£19m all said and done if they stay up. Wages, small transfer fee and then £12m if they stay up.

Sorry he's been linked to Liverpool.

Ahh OK. Fantastic player when hes playing well but as Omnon says, quite injury prone. Liverpool are a settled team who are generally highly motivated though so if he can stay fit he would be a great player for them.

I just dont think we need more lads who love the physio. That being said Ox is out of contract in the summer so i guess he takes his place on the treatment table.

I'd be amazed if there's a shred of truth in the Dybala/Liverpool links. It's come from the worst of the worst Italian journo's and it smacks of Juve trying to flush out interest from other clubs, desperately trying to offload him.

Barca apparently close to signing Traore from Wolves... Loan with option to buy at 35 mill euro :o

That can't be true. Hes about as un-barcelona as you can get currently. I still can't believe that he ever was part of their setup in the past.
