jap import insurance (which insurance comp)

i am currently with elephant, they seem to be the cheapest for me, but if i get a quote on anything imported the price goes through the roof.

what companies out there are very cheap for insuring a jap import (online quotes would be good too)

jap import. planning on something sporty. soarer, supra, fairlady etc. elephant give me great quotes of uk cars, but as soon as i go for something imported it more than doubles

that is so strange. when it comes to common and garden cars, elephant is possibly the cheapest for me, apart from when i put a jap import on the policy
