Any recommendations for restaurants that would impress? Maybe something a bit different?

Not Sushi Samba though please and in Central London.

Thanks!

EDIT: Think Mayfair style too so a bit classy.

Or failing that sack it all off and go to Dumplings Legend on Gerrard Street. Classiest dumplings on the planet right there.

This was the one I was thinking..pricey but meant to be amazing.

Went to Huton a few months ago and had the Signature Dinner.

While the food wasnt WOWWWW it was very tasty and interesting.

It's not cheap, but you are paying for the view as almost all the tables have incredible views from the 33rd floor of The Shard, which adds to the wow factor.

My vote would got for A. Wong. It isn't a fusion restaurant and it's expensive but if you want food that'll WOW you then I can't think of anywhere better in London. I went there a couple of years ago and went in with high expectations. They were easily beaten.

Just added photos to 'Now Eating' thread of Nobu. :)

Preview wrong but gets to the right bit.
