Not Sushi Samba though please and in Central London.

I've been to the one in Birningham. It's very nice, would impress most people, but not if you are looking for traditional!

Went to Huton a few months ago and had the Signature Dinner.

While the food wasnt WOWWWW it was very tasty and interesting.

It's not cheap, but you are paying for the view as almost all the tables have incredible views from the 33rd floor of The Shard, which adds to the wow factor.

@Raymond Lin - Been to Nobu in Shoreditch?

Specifically the 'Taste of Nobu' menu...they do an offer for a hotel room plus the tasting meal for 2.

Feel like I am rehashing what's already said but I rate Nobu and Hakkasan higher than Huntong.

Adding The Ivy Asia to the list, it is also nice.

My vote would got for A. Wong. It isn't a fusion restaurant and it's expensive but if you want food that'll WOW you then I can't think of anywhere better in London. I went there a couple of years ago and went in with high expectations. They were easily beaten.

Ah ha I just saw Hutong so was wondering about that. Good to know.

I went to Hutong in HK a few times, the food isn't bad, but it's more style than substance, and doesn't live up to the price tag. More of a place to be seen than a proper foodie experience.
