java problem

Hi my friend has a problem with his computer, he plays a game called runescape. He upgraded to windows 7 and downloaded java but when he goes to play runescape he gets this message pop up

I have tryed to open the java console in control pannel and all i get is this message

I have tryed reinstalling java twice now and nothing seems to be happening, tryed both Google chrome and Ie8. It does the same on both browsers.

He is running windows 7 ult 64bit

Hope anyone can help me out because im lost

Rune worked ok on w7 64 for me a while ago, possibly dont like the newer java version?

ive tryed it on my computer which has the latest version of java and it works fine.

I found a graphics driver issue with java and runescape try updating to latest driver set for that graphics card.
