I've just completed a NOD32 scan and the following were found in my java files:

C:\Documents and Settings\zom\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\ms-counter.jar-4535331c-3bb00f18.zip »ZIP »BaaaaBaa.class - a variant of Java/ClassLoader trojan

I've got rid of one but the other one is still there. Has anyone come across these before?

I haven't personally but can't you just clear the Java cache to get rid of it?

I seem to recall a lot of Java exploits only affect Microsoft Java Virtual Machine, so if you're using an up to date version of Java, i.e. from Sun, then these exploits don't exploit, if you follow :)
