[Javascript] Does anyone know a link to script?

Hi there,

I am creating a website and I would like a script, so that when the mouse hovers over a word, the menu shoots out to the left of the word, and then they can choose the option they want, and if the move hovers off the menu disapears?

Or would it be best to do this in flash?
