I am pretty hopeless at them, and i cant find anywhere that explains it simply enough for me so could anyone link me to something useful or help me create one to check a string that needs to be

Two letters then any amount of numbers e.g.

ZZ090909009

or

ZZ0909

any length of numbers as long as it is two letters then numbers.

"[A-Z]{2}[0-9]*" might do it. Not 100% sure though.

literally just worked it out before i came back to reading this

/[A-Za-z][A-Za-z]\d/

that works
