Javascript slider, CSS colour change

I want a function in a CMS so people can slide between 0-255 on three R, G and B sliders and see a real time result which alters numbers in a form to update the DB. I could probably do it in flash but thought I'd see if anyone here had seen something along those lines I could use already.

Hi,

Have a look on here for a slider control. It's in the form widgets section.

I've used a few of the controls on this site and they appear to be pretty good.
