How long is your Corsair HX620w PSU? The Prodigy is very tight for over sized PSUs, if its 160mm then it not be a problem. I'm very happy with mine, lots of flexibility with hard disks and cooling. The rubber handle/base which are a little unstable, but not really a problem.

I'd go with the crucial m4 (with bracket) myself.

Maybe consider the asrock z77e just because its a nicer chipset for £15 more, although you'd not be clocking anyway so no big advantage.

iPlayerHD can offload to the GPU, so that'll be what is happening there - you need to try it on some Silverlight content.
