Berserker and I have sorted out our banks and NoChex and Paypal accounts so that people wanting to donate can do so.

We all wish Jay a speedy recovery and hopefully this collection can help bring a little bit of joy in what is no doubt a very unsettled time in his life.

I shall be looking after the bank transfer aspects and Berserker will edit my post and add his NoChex and Paypal details.

Please include your forum name in the transfer so I can keep track of things :)

You don't have to state how much you are donating, and every little counts. I shall be in touch with Dead Dog to organise what he wants to do with the money in due course. :)

Many thanks for your donations via PayPal and/or Nochex. Collection of donations via these methods has now ended and the total amount collected via these means (£224.15) has been forwarded to Will via bank transfer. Should any further donations arrive at the PayPal or Nochex accounts, they will be forwarded to an appropriate charity.

It is an early stage and not all transfers have come through and I can't tell what has been sent via nochex or paypal.

However what has been cleared through the bank so far is £57 which is brilliant :)

Can all the people that have sent me a bank transfer email me your username and real name (or whatever name you use with your bank) as I want to keep track of making sure the money has come in and nothing has been lost etc.

I haven't go access to my bank login from where I am at the moment but I will check later tonight. I want to say a big thank you to everyone that has donated so far, you've done a fantastic job. This community never ceases to amaze me. Great stuff guys (and gals) :)
 
There is now a grand total of: £434.24

That's including the interest the account has received! Well done guys that's a fantastic amount :) I don't know if Berserker has anymore in his nochex or paypal - but either way that's fantastic going. :) This will be able to buy a nice present for Jay or whatever he wants to do with it.
 
As of Wednesday I shall unstick and Archive this thread. So if people want to save the URL to get back to this then please do. Mightynimrod and/or I will bump the original thread with meeting times for the 10th or start a new thread. :)
 
Count me in (I kinda have to be there to give the cheque anyway :p).

I have never had so much as a cold - though I did have the pox as a kid but that was a long time ago now. So I'm pretty sure I'm safe. :)
