Need to buy a pair of speakers for Mrs Evangelion, since she will inherit my Shuttle when my Lian Li is finally finished.
She isn't interested in 5.1 or anything fancy; just wants a nice pair of speakers small enough to fit on her desk and produce good sound. My budget is <£40.
I'm currently considering the JBL Harman Kardon Duet set. If anyone can post their knowledge/experience of these speakers, I'd be very grateful. Failing that, feel free to recommend an alternative.
I did see the Gigabytes (here) and was impressed by them, but I do want something with decent bass so that it won't sound tinny.
