Hi,

Does anybody know if its possible to start the CORBA Name Service from within a Java Application so that I dont have to have it as a separate process?
 
yea, thats what i find, the problem however is that i have 3 server applications and up to 100 client applications all talking to the naming service, my initial task is to combine allt he server apps and the naming service into one. I seem to have doen it but had to specifically call NameServer.main with some hardcoded arguments. Not the best solution but the only one that seems to be available without re-writing most of the JACORB interface
