Jeantech 400w PSU

Hi

Just bought this PSU to setup a rig for my old system, however on opening the box, putting it into the PC, the 4 pin Motherboard power thing isnt present, even on looking at the back of the box it says "1/4+4 pin for CPU".

Am i going mad?
