I think just but I'm concerned that the 12v rails are only 18A.
 
I would have thought so, but wouldn't it be better to just get an Antec Earthwatts or similar 'branded' one :p

Yup that's fine, not the best brand by a long way, but that set-up should be comfortable. I'd suggest using a surge protector if he's not got one already.
 
my son fitted one of those first time he powered up big bang from back of psu, the main fuse of house tripped took half of the rig with it.

not saying they all do that but.....
