Hi, does any body know any retail sites i can order a window side panel for my Jeantech case.

I'm pretty sure they don't sell them as accessories - you either get one with the case or you can't have one. You'll probably have to modify it yourself. I'm fairly sure that at least one regular contributor to these forums will undertake to provide paid-for modifications to a very high standard for you if you don't feel comfortable about it yourself.
