Jedi Survivor - Poor Frame Rates

I am presuming this game was ported from PS5/XBOX and hence lacks optimisations for PC RTX cards. Anyone else had similar issues, Got a 4080 RTX and it looks great and plays ok but FPS - thought it would be higher

Yep in places - especially Jeddah for some reason. I've got a 4090 but it stutters and occasionally crashes so never got round to finishing it!

oh right - I believe it has had 7 updates? You try turning off RTX or anything else ?

Patches have improved it massively compared to launch but even at 3440x1440p my 3080 often struggled to reach 60 FPS. It felt smooth enough though and played well.

Its a pretty demanding game, playing with the below PC I have to use FSR to get decent frame Vs graphics setting balance... Dunno what my actual FPS is in this game, I just fiddled to get the best visuals Vs smoothnes, it's probablt best I don't look at the actual FPS figures, lol!

Runs great on my 3080Ti @ 3440x1440 with the DLSS mod.

Recently played through it on a 4090, I didn't check FPS but definitely dropped a bit low on the odd occasion, not too bad though, sure I could have tinkered with settings but it wasn't enough to bother me and looked good otherwise. I had 2 crashes during the complete play through, so slightly annoying but not too bad.

Rubbish port. Despite patches the underlying issues never got fixed.

I played it a few months back and the stutter was terrible.

It’s a shame really that the consoles architecture although x86 is not easy to port over to make sure of the additional PC grunt available
