Jerk chicken - sauces/marinades?

I want to cook some jerk chicken and bring it into work on Monday to snack on.

Can someone suggest a good marinade/shop bought sauce?

Also, once cooked is it best to leave it to cool first and then put in the fridge?

And I don't see why you couldn't make a big batch of marinade and freeze it.

Waitrose do a Jerk dry rub in the little aluminium tins that's awesome if expensive.

my local Sainsburys had a number of different jerk rubs/pastes etc in the foreign/world foods section - note, not with the normal sauces etc, with the obscure stuff

I made this exact recipe last night, i couldn't help but have a spoonfull, i have to say it really is fantastic! got some thicken thighs sitting in it now ready for dinner tonight. highly recommended
