Do you have a DVI to HDMI cable ? i use DVI from my card, to HDMI to the screen, and it's fine ?
Just the sound mate.. that's the only differents. as my new monitor has HDMI, that's why i got a DVI to HDMI cable. but the adaptor will work fine also..

No i don't, do you think it will help then..?. It seems strange why the playback is jerky through HDMI but fine through DVI..![]()
Yeah i ordered a cheap one. i don't suppose there is a way of enabling audio through my current HDMI cable while using the DVI to DVI for picture is there...?
Display options differing between inputs, particularly scaling and refresh rates?
Yes that was the problem, i tried changing the refresh rate through the CCC but it stayed at 60. I went into win 7 resolution settings clicked on advance and changed it through the monitor tab to 59hz and it worked. i then changed it back to 60 and the stuttering didn't start again on that either, so i guess it just needed a quick change over then back, either way it seems to be fine now.![]()
