How do you manage to put the vinyl so smoothly especially on the curvy bits? Does it stretch a bit? I've got some carbon fibre vinyl but all my tries to put it on some curvy bits were a disaster, i even tried heating it up with a hair drier but it just did not stretch.

the carbon fiber i have is 751 so it has some play in it

yeah simply streched it ever so slightly

it sound like you have a cheap grade of vinyl m8

smoothed it with finger as i applied it, really quite simple.

If you want i'll do a wee guide with pics for you

The vinyl which I got wasn't cheap but it certainly does not stretch very much. The underside is silver and looks like some metal foil which i think is stopping it from stretching. It's not even a good imitation of carbon fibre.
