It's no good to me but a bloke at work has a 700mhz pc  so i'm trying to find out what is the max cpu it will take and then i can let him know, so if anyone can help i would be grateful:)

CPU Bus Frequency , Choose One Step Add 1MHz From 100MHz Up to 132MHz in BIOS Setup (Frequency Magic Setting)

Thanks Sumanji

Sorry for being a dumbass  i'm supposing that tells me the answer to the question i asked but can you put it on a plate for me :o i.e 1ghz, 2ghz etc :p

Up to a B-Revision Northwood Pentium 4 that uses a 400MHz FSB... I think they went up to 2.4GHz. You're gonna have to do a bit of research to find that out though (again, Google is your friend!). Basically there are different cores (Willamette, Northwood, Prescott etc.) and revisions (A, B, C, E, F) of the Pentium 4 so check before you buy.
