A bit of a random question this.
I'm watching Jimmy Farm on BBC2 at the minute and cant fathom whether the person in charge of the pigs is a man or a woman. Can anyone enlighten me?

I'm not sure. It's a really odd program as well. I'll have to sneak in early next week and make sure I get to keep the remoted for the arsenal match.

LOL we thought the same :)

I think it's a bloke though, unless she's meant to have a hairy arse like a builder

We watched it last week, I think he's a gamekeeper or something.

He a man, and he knows his stuff.

Ive been watching Jimmys Farm all this series and last. Its been a really intresting and inspiring story.

Those who have only seen it this series, will never fully understand it.

Aye agreed, tis an excellent programme :)

Defo a Man, i watched the first ep the other day and got totally hooked.
Watched them all now including the last one tonight

The man has tried his best and has done a excellent job, my family have been to his farm , and ive sampled his sausages and can say they are well worth the money, very tasty.

lol my housemates have started watching this and were saying the same thing! i think its a great program, although i didnt see the first series.

I for one think this is a brilliant show. It should show and help people to understand what kind of work is involved in running a local farm. Because in my opinion farming and food production is going to have become more local and be able to supply small to medium villages and towns with meat and other items. This may happen in the near future as fuel prices continue to raise and it becomes to costly to ship food half way across the country.

Also on another note, is this a repeat of the one that was on last year? I watched it last year but it was on sky and on rather late at night

Yeah, it's a brilliant program, he sure has guts for doing what he did, take my hat off to him.

Anyone tried his sausages? (his FARM ones before you start!!). They are actually pretty damn good.
